SAME-COLOR ITEM POLICY

We do not accommodate orders that include two identical items in the same color for the purpose of trying both and returning one. Please avoid placing such mixed orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition—unworn and unwashed.

IMMEDIATE INSPECTION OPTION

You may inspect and try on your order when the courier delivers it. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you may return the package on the spot, covering the return shipping fee.

ALL-OR-NOTHING RETURNS

Please either accept the complete delivery or return the entire package. Partial returns are not permitted.
