Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 2 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or refund. Please note that we can only accept returns for items that are unworn, undamaged, and still have all original tags and labels attached.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, please email a clear photo of the item to disnt.eg@outlook.com, showing its condition. The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and labels attached.

Include the size you need in your message. Once approved, we will arrange a courier to swap the item at your doorstep.

Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping fees for the exchange.
